Currently seeking a UAT Lead Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and contribute to large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented considerations
- Contribute to the resolution of complex issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and business requirements
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive key deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Information Technology experience supporting Business Services, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst within an Agile Scrum team
- Ability to perform End-to-End UAT Coordination
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences
- Experience interacting with stakeholders, including mid to senior-level managers
- Proficiency with JIRA, QC/ALM, and Confluence
- Experience with AML, BSA, and KYC frameworks
- Ability to create automation test cases/scripts based on business requirements
- Experience facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, project schedules, and executive-level presentations
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and applying Agile project methodologies
- Strong experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working knowledge of System Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and their usage in enterprise organizations
- Ability to lead collaborative working sessions using industry tools and best practices
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
