Job Title: Service Now Developer
Location: Trenton, NJ (onsite 3 days per week mandatory)
Contract: 18 Months
No C2C candidates.. must be on W2
Visa: USC or GC or H1 Transfer
Job Description:
- CONTRACT technical resource on site that has expertise in Service Now in the following capacity, this individual will also need to be well-versed in ITIL.
Expertise with ServiceNow development (Scoped Applications, Service Portal, Workflow, etc.) to accomplish the following:
- Integration with JIRA
- Incident, Major Incident, Change
- Service Catalog & Request Management
- ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics
Changes to various modules based on the outcome of Service Now Assessment which includes the following:
- Information Technology Service Management (“ITSM”) Discovery Database
- Information Technology Operations Management (“ITOM”)
- Hardware Asset Management (“HAM”)
- Software Asset Management (“SAM”)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (“SPM”)
- 4-6 years of experience
