Job Title : Automation & OT Systems Engineer
Location : Shippensburg, PA (Onsite)
Duration : 6 months
Job Overview :
Collaborate with plant leaders to prioritize system upgrades, assessments, and ensure long-term scalability of OT systems, with a focus on troubleshooting, support, and process standardization.
Key Responsibilities :
- OT Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for OT devices (PLCs, SCADA) and resolve issues.
- OT Network Devices : Manage and maintain PLCs, SCADA systems, switches, and routers.
- PLC Program Source Control : Implement version control for PLC programs using tools like Copia or Versiondog.
- Process Standardization & Documentation : Standardize and document OT processes.
- OEE Tag Building : Build tags for OEE data collection and update PLC programs.
- PLC Simulation Tag Naming : Standardize naming conventions for PLC simulation tools.
- Plant PLC Assessment : Assess and recommend improvements for PLC systems at the Shippensburg plant.
