What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buyer position at Intellectt Inc?
Responsibility:
- Utilize and manage procurement systems, with a primary focus on Coupa, as well as SAP and Ariba.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors and manage existing vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for users, providing system support and resolving any issues related to procurement systems.
- Gather and analyze data to support procurement operations, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Lead small-scale projects within the procurement department, ensuring objectives are met within established timelines.
- Provide training and support to new users of procurement systems, enhancing their understanding and usage of the tools available.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience working with procurement systems, particularly Coupa or Ariba.
- Proficiency in procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba) and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and spreadsheets.
