Job Description:
Seeking an onsite Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for a process plant in Alexandria, LA. Responsibilities include developing engineering design packages, defining scope, coordinating with customers, vendors, and teams, and supporting construction/start-up activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering design packages for industrial plant instrumentation.
- Define work scope, coordinate with offshore teams, and ensure deliverables.
- Collect inputs from customers and vendors for design completion.
- Support design reviews, construction, and start-up activities.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Instrumentation & Control Design for industrial plants.
- Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, NEC, and UL508A standards.
- Strong communication, project management, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of power distribution, MCCs, control panel design, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with FMCG plant codes and hazardous area instrumentation.
