Job Summary:
Seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead automation projects, develop solutions, and manage schedules to meet company goals. This role involves designing automation equipment, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop manuals, drawings, training documents, and maintenance plans.
- Validate automated equipment operations.
- Improve cycle times and reduce downtime through control solutions.
- Define automation equipment specifications and support design engineers.
- Review equipment designs and provide feedback to suppliers.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation.
- Support new product automation needs.
- Work with PLCs, HMIs, robots, and industrial sensors.
Requirements:
- Education: B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical fields.
- Experience: 5-10 years in automation project management (design to deployment).
Technical Skills:
- PLCs: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron.
- SCADA Systems & control logic expertise.
- Protocols: TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet.
- Manufacturing Tools: Vision cameras, servo motors, sensors, laser distance sensors.
- Other: Microsoft Office, ISO9001 knowledge, strong communication & leadership skills.
