Job Description:
We are seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer I to support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electronic circuits. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both analog and digital circuit analysis and the ability to work with schematic diagrams and circuit components effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting of electronic circuits, including analog and digital components.
- Interpret and analyze schematics to identify component functions and potential failure points.
- Conduct prototype circuit design, assembly, and testing for fixture development.
- Document quality issues and performance metrics for management review.
- Work with external vendors as needed to resolve component-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in failure analysis or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Understanding of common failure modes in electronic components and assemblies.
- Hands-on experience with circuit design, assembly, and troubleshooting.
