The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) will work closely with suppliers to improve performance, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves conducting site visits, analyzing performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal and external teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve supplier performance in cycle time, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct on-site visits to address discrepancies and enhance crew effectiveness.
- Provide real-time feedback and process improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to implement efficiency strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Ericsson and customer standards.
- Support supplier business reviews and performance reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 7 years in construction, telecom, or related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and vendor management.
- Experience working with general contractors and estimating construction scopes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required.
- Prior experience with Ericsson equipment is a plus.
