Job Summary :
The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) is responsible for optimizing supplier performance through regular site visits, real-time issue resolution, and process improvements. Acting as a key liaison between Ericsson and suppliers, the FPA ensures adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards while driving continuous improvement in construction and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze site performance metrics (cycle time, COP accuracy, safety compliance, tool utilization, and quality).
- Conduct root-cause analysis on-site, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement performance improvements and standardize best practices.
- Partner with Ericsson's internal teams (Construction, Project Management, Automation) to optimize workflows.
- Develop process enhancements to improve supplier efficiency and Ericsson tool effectiveness.
- Report supplier performance data and recommend deployment process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson and customer construction and safety standards.
- Support supplier governance through quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
