Role: Healthcare Procurement and Contracts Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation for US Customer Education. This role involves working closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), the OEC, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with company policies and timely processing of all related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Create, review, and manage contracts for KOLs and HCPs, ensuring compliance.
- Purchase Orders: Process and manage purchase orders and invoices for timely approval and payment.
- Cross-Functional Approvals: Coordinate with departments to obtain approvals for contracts and purchase orders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution of contracts and documentation.
- Logistics: Coordinate travel accommodations for KOLs and HCPs and ensure all expenses are paid.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years in contract management and procurement, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management.
- Attention to Detail: Focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance processes in medical/clinical settings.
