We are seeking a customer-service-oriented HVAC/MEP Support Technician for an onsite, 3rd shift role in New York. The ideal candidate will have basic HVAC/MEP knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Industry Experience: Open to candidates from any industry; GMP experience is NOT required.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HVAC/MEP systems (not an expert, but able to discuss and troubleshoot at a fundamental level).
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills; will be handling a high volume of calls in a Command Center environment.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage administrative tasks.
Administrative Skills:
Maintaining narrative logs and tracking information
Organizing and documenting key details
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role
