Duration: 10 Months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST (Potential OT)
Job Description:
· Lead and manage the Service Desk in Michigan, ensuring efficient handling of the Desktop Support services queue.
· Oversee and manage computer inventory and supplies.
· Triage, prioritize, and resolve end-user computer issues.
· Work on projects in a results-driven environment.
· Open Service Desk tickets and escalate issues when necessary.
· Develop and update workflow documentation for the company knowledge base.
· Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
· Collaborate with SMEs from other departments and the broader Service Desk team.
