Responsibilities
- Improve production processes and increase throughput
- Analyze production data and optimize workflow
- Collaborate on process improvements and streamline operations
- Conduct cost analysis, procurement, and quality control
- Lead value stream mapping exercises
- Develop and implement project plans for future state optimization
- Conduct process mapping to identify waste and opportunities for improvement
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like SMED, POKE-A-YOKE, KAN BAN, KAIZEN, and PULL SYSTEM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (read, write, speak)
- Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
- Experience in value stream mapping and process mapping
- Ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives
