We’re looking for a IT support analyst to: support data applications that will eventually migrate to the Azure Cloud Platform ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications meet the highest production quality standards contribute ITIL production expertise to the onboarding of existing and new IT products and services define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements assist in planning BCP, patching and other infrastructure related projects contribute to automating manual processes get involved in problem management to identify root causes and ensure issues don't reoccur maintain a knowledge datab
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 2-3 years hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL and MS Office prod
- Experience with Business Intelligence Software (like MicroStrategy, PowerBI. etc.) is a

- ableExperience with monitoring solutions, preferably Big Panda, AppDynamics and /or Splunk use of or knowledge of automation tools like Automation Anywhere or IP center a
