Job Summary :
We are seeking a Surgery Coordinator to manage the timely and accurate delivery of surgical instruments and implants. This role ensures safe inventory transportation between warehouses and medical facilities while coordinating with sales teams to meet surgical needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize surgery management systems and FedEx programs for loaning, receiving, shipping, and monitoring inventory.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery / retrieval of surgical instruments, including emergency and restock deliveries.
- Coordinate with sales personnel to process requisitions accurately and on time.
- Box, pack, label, and ship instruments using FedEx and other shipping platforms.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks , following directions and company procedures closely.
