We are seeking a Project Lead to manage and coordinate design changes for released medical device products, such as hospital beds and equipment. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to execute projects related to design improvements, compliance, quality, and supply chain support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple small to medium sustaining engineering projects.
- Develop and execute project plans using project management tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report project status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support change management processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sustaining engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of project management experience in engineering or product development.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, change management, and records management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timely execution.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Monte Carlo simulation, and Agile PLM (Oracle).
- PMP certification is a plus.
