Job Description :
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with at least three (3) years of experience in maintenance and mechanical engineering within GMP-compliant aseptic fill / finish pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform maintenance tasks using CMMS / EAM systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM / S4Hana, Oracle / JDE).
Lead or collaborate with Reliability Engineering on M&R initiatives.
Prioritize recommendations from assessments and create mitigation timelines.
Enhance equipment availability, selection, and uptime.
Manage contractors and ensure adherence to installation procedures and specifications.
Conduct Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Ensure accuracy and training in the use of site CMMS.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant technical certification.
Proficiency in CMMS / EAM systems.
