Job Title: Process Development Engineer
Location: Nashua, NH
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Skilled Process Development Engineer to support the scale-up of manufacturing processes for complex electro-mechanical medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical device industry, with expertise in process development, risk assessment, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of electro-mechanical medical devices.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless process scale-up.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support validation and qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new and existing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to maintain production reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related field).
- Medical device industry experience is required.
