1.Technical Support:
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for MES applications, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.

- Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring that MES applications operate efficiently.

Experience:
- 10 years of experience in IT support, specifically within MES or manufacturing environments in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Familiarity with MES software solutions (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric) and integration with ERP systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues; experience with database management (e.g., SQL).
