Role : Optical Designer

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize optical systems for various applications.
- Conduct optical and mechanical tolerance analysis, including tolerance stack-up,
- simulations, and sensitivity analysis, to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Integrate and test microscopy imaging systems using OTS components.
- Perform absorption and fluorescent measurements using photometric methods.
- Utilize optical and mechanical software tools for system design and analysis.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot optical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Work with third-party design houses and machine shops to design, fabricate, and test
- components and systems.
- Document design processes, test results, and technical reports.
