We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in injection molding, extrusion, tooling, and automation to support manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for process development, validation, equipment/tooling development, and engineering documentation to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in injection molding, extrusion, tooling, and automation to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop, validate, and implement measurement and inspection systems to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Lead process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Support product and process development, including characterization and optimization.
• Create and maintain process layouts, models, and documentation to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Develop and validate test methods to ensure accurate and repeatable measurements.
• Support supplier development and component engineering to improve material quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain and update Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) to align with best practices and ensure compliance.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support by developing and updating engineering documentation.
• Update work instructions to align manufacturing floor practices with procedural documentation.
• Generate part numbers for machine spare parts and supply items to streamline inventory management.
• Revise tooling and fixture drawings to reflect actual production floor usage and requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with injection molding, extrusion, and automation.
• Expertise in process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and test method development.
• Proficiency in CAD software for tooling and fixture design updates.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process layouts, documentation, and supplier development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams.
