Job Title: Product Analyst
Job Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite from day one)
Job Duration: 12 months

JOB DETAILS:
Must to have: Gherki, Confluence, Jira, Retail or E-commerce
· Minimum 7-8 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about My account and Checkout) as a business analyst or product analyst
· Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is must
· Experience in writing, prioritizing and grooming User stories is must
· Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
· Experience working with JIRA, confluence is must
· Experience of writing story in Gherkin format is must
· Experience in Analytics will be an additional advantage.
· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
· Excellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Application Development.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points.
· Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting functional and non-functional specifications.
· Help train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deployment.
· Should be comfortable working in 8 am – 5 pm central time slot
· Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
· Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
· A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
