Job Summary:
We're looking for a Program Manager / Engagement Manager with strong expertise in 3DX tools, CAD systems, and PLM integration to lead technical engagements, support pre-sales, and manage solution delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business teams, drive customer success, and ensure smooth integration of 3DX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on 3DX tools, CAD systems, PLM, and related enterprise solutions.
- Support internal sales with technical input, demos, and proposal development.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored 3DX solutions.
- Oversee solution configuration, customization, and integration with CAD/ERP systems.
- Act as liaison between sales, product, and technical teams.
- Deliver internal and client training sessions on 3DX tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years in technical sales, solution engineering, or product management with PLM/CAD systems.
- Strong knowledge of 3DX platform and integration with CAD/PLM/ERP tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with PLM/ERP systems.
- Certifications in PLM/CAD/3DX tools are a plus.
