Role : Project Manager II
Location : Waukegan, IL - 60085
Duration : 10 Months on W2
100% on-site, 5 days a week at location AJ46, Lake County, Chicago.
Skills Looking For :
Expertise in supply chain planning, ERP systems, or order management systems.
Broad and deep knowledge of supply chain-specific business processes and technologies.
Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred certifications : PMP or PGMP.
Details of the Project / Product They Will Be Dealing With :
Partnering with BRM (Business Leadership Managers) for future demand and requirements gathering.
Collaborating with system integrators and delivery partners like IBM, Cognizant, and Deloitte.
Managing project planning phases, including obtaining estimates from delivery partners.
Overseeing execution and delivery of multiple in-flight projects.
Any Specific Software Requirements :
Familiarity with supply chain planning, ERP systems, or order management systems is preferred.
Industry or Background Preferences :
Experience in large-scale organizations, ideally in supply chain technologies and processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Understand business requirements for future projects and collaborate with partners for project planning.
Manage the delivery of ongoing projects in partnership with key stakeholders and delivery teams.
Ensure accountability for timely and quality delivery of assigned projects.
Education and Level of Experience :
Minimum bachelor’s degree; preference for a master’s degree or MBA.
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in project management and program delivery.
Red Flags :
Candidates with significantly more than 12 years of experience or not meeting the role's on-site requirements may not be ideal.
