Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Ridgefield, CT

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Experience Required: 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry managing teams and deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a shared services team, coordinating with offshore teams, data teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee Specialty data projects (SP patient data, IQVIA DDD/Xponent, Veeva CRM, digital data).
• Profile and analyze data, define business rules and metrics, and review dashboard mock-ups.
• Lead end-user testing and data validation efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard or data-related issues.
• Support commercial business functions: rep calls, call planning, alignments, segmentation.
• Represent data/reporting needs in stakeholder meetings.
• Gather and document business requirements from teams like Sales, Marketing, and Access.
• Translate business questions into data solutions and provide visualization guidance.
• Communicate project updates and priorities to stakeholders and team members.
• Plan weekly activities and assign tasks within the specialty data stream.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to complete tasks.
• Review dashboard designs and guide developers.
• Provide user training on dashboard features and data when needed.
