Role: QC Analyst
Location: Winchester KY
Duration: 6 months/ TEMP TO HIRE
ONSITE POSITION - SHIFT - MON-FRI 3PM - 11:30PM
Entry-level role performing analytical testing in a laboratory to support quality control of raw materials, in-process, finished goods, stability, and cleaning validation. Responsibilities include data analysis, record-keeping, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical tests (e.g., HPLC, GC, FTIR, dissolution, titration) per USP/NF/EP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and interpret analytical results.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
- Adhere to lab safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Review peer data and contribute to SOP creation as needed.
- Schedule and execute tasks efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (preferred Chemistry or Biology).
- 0–5 years of experience in quality, lab, or chemical manufacturing (internships included).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lab safety, basic computer skills (Word, Excel), and experience in pharmaceuticals preferred.
