Job Description:
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting Non-Conformance (NC) data management and analysis, ensuring quality standards are met within the organization. Key duties involve retrieving NC metrics and data from the NC system and generating reports that provide insight into quality trends. The role requires expertise in tracking, trending, and metrification of NC data to improve quality processes.
Responsibilities include administering the NC Quality Information Tracking (QIT) system, assisting employees in submitting NCs, and verifying that submissions are complete and meet quality standards. Proficiency in Excel is essential, as the role requires data analysis and metric generation for accurate reporting. Additionally, the Quality Analyst will have a strong understanding of Quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes.
