What are the responsibilities and job description for the R&D Engineer- Medical devices position at Intellectt Inc?
Duties: This candidate will be working in a fast-paced product development team, focusing on the process side of the project. They will collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineers to drive project success. This candidate will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of new product designs and translate them into production processes. They need to develop and validate new fixtures and equipment for production use. R&D and PD/ process validation. Design work 20% or less/ Need more on the process development.
Shift: 8am – 4:30pm / Mon – Fri
Experience: 5-6 years exp. Previous experience in Process Development at a medical device company; Process Validation experience – TMV/IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, Equipment development, documentation, and validation. (Manufacturing background will consider)
Key Skills: Self-driven and can own multiple aspects of a project at a time, Problem solving skills and statistical analysis.
Preferred Experience: Med devise is a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience (Mech, Bio preferred) (Fresh Grads not apply)
Location: Minnetonka, MN/ 100% Onsite
