Job Title: Brand Transition Release and Logistics Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Tracking: Interface with Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics teams to trackproduct through our supply chain. Understand when first shipments of new products will
- take place and track though to when products are received and ready on shelf at ourdistribution centers. Proactively update teams on planned arrivals and any exceptions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with manufacturing plants, logistics teams,regulatory partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant product
- flow.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present regular executive updates detailing progress,
- potential risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential regulatory and logistical risks, and develop
- mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve processes related to regulatorycompliance and shipping logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Create/Update/Maintain work instructionsrelated to brand transition and other logistics processes, shipping records, and compliance
- checks as required.
- Hands On Approach: This role requires a hands on problem solving approach, in somecases developing reporting in Excel or Power BI and good communications skills. This
- role will provide weekly updates through scorecards and other forms of communication,they will meet with the project team to update status, discuss exceptions and develop risk
- mitigation actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, RegulatoryAffairs, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or regulatoraffairs, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements related toshipping and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for creating executive-levelpresentations.
- Project Management certification preferred (years of experience)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Regulatory Affairs.
