Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Specialist with in-depth expertise in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes. This role involves providing technical leadership in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of application systems, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10-13 years of experience in SAP OTC, preferably within the healthcare industry , and will serve as a subject matter expert for global projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Expertise & Solution Development :
- Provide deep technical expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, Pricing, Intercompany Billing, Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, Order Fulfillment, and FSCM .
- Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct technical configuration, code review, solution testing, and user training .
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and devise innovative solutions.
Project Management & Collaboration :
Lead requirements gathering workshops for project scoping and estimation.Manage global SAP projects , coordinating with external partners and suppliers.Serve as a technical lead , providing guidance and mentorship to project teams.Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures .System Integration & Performance Optimization :
Conduct system investigations and research to assess new technologies and their business impact.Oversee performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system validation .Evaluate and recommend new software, utilities, and tools for SAP systems.Ensure comprehensive project documentation including change requests, testing, and validation reports.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (a complementary business degree is a plus).10-13 years of experience in SAP OTC processes, preferably in the healthcare industry .Prior management experience with a strong ability to lead teams and projects.Expertise in problem determination and root cause analysis .Strong collaboration, partnering, and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills , capable of articulating complex ideas to senior leaders.Deep understanding of business processes, service requirements, and operational costs .Ability to work effectively with service providers to ensure high-quality operations.A results-driven mindset with the ability to balance business needs and technical feasibility .Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with global SAP implementations and large-scale system integrations.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.Prior experience in SAP S / 4HANA migration is a plus.Why Join Us?
