Job Title: Project Manager II
Location: Waukegan, IL
Durations: 12 Months
The ideal candidate will help coordinate with functional and technical teams on multiple IT initiatives, including archiving and SAP hardware upgrades in the client's business solutions and services group.
- Coordinate with ERP application teams (Functional, Basis, and Database), infrastructure teams (OS, Storage, and Networking), and external vendors for testing efforts across the landscape.
- Plan and execute testing activities according to approved timelines, assessing and evaluating risks to project timelines.
- Communicate effectively, both formally and informally, demonstrating leadership and facilitating collaboration between diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in testing coordination, project management, and software validation requirements, preferably in the healthcare industry with GxP regulations.
- Leadership experience managing diverse portfolios of functional teams, software validation, problem determination, and resolution skills.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior leaders.
- Knowledge of infrastructure environments, service requirements, and culture, as well as process skills understanding costs and working with multiple technical and functional teams.
