Senior Electrical Engineer for Compliance

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Compliance Engineer to join our team at Intellectt Inc. The successful candidate will have experience in validating and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams, as well as analyzing engineering change orders and implementing changes to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Validate and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams, including complex automated system drawings.
• Analyze engineering change orders and implement changes to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams in the qualification process of assembly integration to production systems.
• Record procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or method.
• Maintain software, documentation, and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications.
• Evaluate system compliance with budgets, standards, and regulations.
• Provide reviews to product design engineers to ensure Design for Compliance.
• Oversee product verification and characterization.
• Contribute to regulatory certification, standards compliance, product performance verification, and reliability testing.
• Support the Quality Manager in preparation for and execution of audits.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required, along with significant experience in electrical compliance.
• 6 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with UL standards 891, 1558, 857, and 1008 is essential.
