3-5) years’ experience designing wheel motors for off-highway vehicles.
Proficient in Drive Systems, such as gearing or axles or motors or will motors, transmission or torque’s or battery integration or R&D, or simulation, or FEA, or hydraulics
Hands on experience working with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Creo
Strong background in gearing and bearing concepts
Knowledge of motor control systems and power electronics
Excellent communication skills and eagerness to be a part of the team and work collaboratively with one another
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training
Plusses :
Hands on experience building and repairing motors
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
