Role: Senior Process Engineer
Locations: North Haven, CT | Boulder, CO | Brooklyn Park, MN (Onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the change process for injection molded components, ensuring all updates are documented.
- Update BOMs, drawings, and assembly procedures.
- Design or modify production assembly fixtures as needed.
- Write protocols, execute qualification activities, and document reports.
- Improve equipment, processes, and production efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Ensure equipment and materials meet process and technology requirements.
- Work with product design teams to ensure compatibility with manufacturing.
- Conduct statistical analysis and document findings.
- Lead innovation and optimization of new manufacturing processes for production.
- Oversee material selection, equipment setup, tooling installation, and process validation.
- Develop and apply statistical process control techniques.
