You will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment between data strategy, implementation, and business objectives. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end data projects, including ETL pipelines, data platform migrations, and real-time analytics.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Ensure alignment of data initiatives with business strategy and industry best practices.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Drive process improvements to enhance data workflows and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in project management, focusing on data and analytics projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Background in healthcare analytics or digital advertising analytics.
