Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the change control process for releasing injection molded components.
- Update BOMs, drawings, and assembly procedures as needed.
- Assist in designing or updating production assembly fixtures.
- Develop and execute qualification protocols and document results.
- Improve equipment, processes, and manufacturing efficiencies while ensuring quality standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align designs with manufacturing needs.
- Lead innovation and process optimization for manufacturing operations.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
- Travel domestically/internationally if required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in a regulated environment, OR
- Advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
