Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer with expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction management for FMCG or pharmaceutical industries. The role involves design coordination, stakeholder management, field verification, and construction execution support.
Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC System Design: Develop industrial HVAC systems, including cleanrooms, air handling units, and process cooling, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards.
- Mechanical & Piping Design: Create piping layouts, review P&IDs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless integration.
- Project Execution & Field Support: Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, site surveys, and field issue resolution.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to ASHRAE, ISHRAE, FDA, EU GMP, WHO GMP, and industry regulations.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors, review proposals, and participate in FAT/SAT testing.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and HVAC validation
- Experience in cleanroom environments and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and teamwork skills
