Role: Development Process Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN 55442 (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Development Process Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with equipment and process qualifications. Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with equipment software development and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and establish manufacturing processes based on product specifications.
· Evaluate process and design alternatives using Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
· Ensure compliance with Quality Control requirements, including Design Control & Process Validation.
· Maintain an understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and its impact on processes.
· Stay updated on new manufacturing and design technologies.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other work environment safety standards.
· Support divisional initiatives, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
· Adhere to FDA regulations, company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
· Collaborate effectively across teams, vendors, contractors, and customers.

Education Requirements:
