Location: Warwick, RI
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week
Compensation: $125,000–$150,000/year | Full-Time, Permanent

At Intellectual Medicine, we’re a well-established concierge-style practice blending traditional internal medicine with cutting-edge functional and anti-aging therapies. Our focus includes hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy, medical weight loss, and aesthetics—offering true root-cause solutions to help patients feel and live their best.

We’ve proudly served our community for over 30 years, maintaining full patient panels and a loyal, health-conscious client base. We’re now seeking a seasoned Nurse Practitioner who values time with patients, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to practice medicine without insurance constraints.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own patient panel (8 patients/day) in a low-volume, high-touch setting
• Create personalized care plans that combine traditional, lifestyle, and functional approaches
• Provide concierge-level care for your patients
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking, wellness-focused team
• Integrate treatments like IV therapy, peptides, and advanced hormone management

Your Schedule:

• 4-day workweek = better work-life balance
• 2 Saturdays/month for continuity of care (still only 4 days per week)

What You Bring:

• Licensed NP in Rhode Island (or willing to obtain)
• 7 years of experience in family or internal medicine
• Strong foundation or interest in functional medicine (we'll support your growth!)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Passion for long-term patient relationships and proactive health
