(ITI) is seeking an Accountant - Billing to join our dynamic team. This onsite role is perfect for someone passionate about precision and eager to contribute to our financial processes.

About the Role

As an Accountant - Billing, you’ll play a critical role in our financial operations. From reconciling daily transactions to preparing customer invoices and managing accounts receivable, you’ll ensure accuracy and efficiency in our billing processes. You'll also support collections, produce financial reports for management, and contribute to month-end and year-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile daily transaction data.
• Prepare and send monthly billing reports and customer invoices.
• Perform daily reconciliations and communicate results to customers.
• Post customer payments in the accounting system and manage collections of outstanding balances.
• Provide regular accounts receivable updates to management.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with the team on ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong research, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Team player with professional communication skills.
• Familiarity with contracts is a plus.
