We are looking for a part time Self Service Office Receptionist to work in our Self Service Office in Lafayette, Indiana

What do you do as a SSO Receptionist?
- Greet customers on location
- Direct customers to appropriate services within SSO office
- Assist customers with transactions on Self Service Terminals
- Maintain a good working relationship with BMV staff onsite
- Research and troubleshoot any errors with customer care and/or SST Staff
- Report ongoing issues to the SSO Staff Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn the basic knowledge and understanding of the BMV operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
