What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineering Lead - Solar position at Intelletec Energy?
Intelletec Energy are partnered with a successful civil engineering firm to grow their renewable energy division. This role will report directly into the VP of Energy and will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of civil design engineers to develop a renewable energy practice, supported by wider company disciplines and teams.
Responsibilities :
- Become the pioneer of renewable energy engineering for the business, hiring a team, business development and delivering on projects.
- Alongside senior leadership, you will develop a renewable energy strategy for the business which you will then execute with the team you choose to hire.
- Schedule and manage projects to ensure they are being delivered on in a time and cost effective manner.
- Understand the wider businesses initiatives to be able to identify opportunities and cross sell to clients.
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences and use this as a opportunity to meet and attract prospective clients.
