Overview :
We are looking for an experienced fossil power plant asset manager to join a dynamic and growing organization who own over $300million in assets (and ever expanding).
This role will report directly into C-suit with the opportunity to develop into a C-suit role in the future. We do require someone to be open to 80% travel when required.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee P&L management for fossil power plants, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies for asset optimization in the PJM energy market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers and operations teams.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from on-site teams to executive leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, commercial, and senior leadership teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
