We are excited to partner with a well-funded tech company in the Networking and Infrastructure space that is poised for significant growth. Our client is looking for a Financial Controller to ensure seamless financial operations and collaboration across all stakeholders, including investors, capital providers, customers, employees, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to building and scaling the financial foundation of the company.
- Develop systems and processes that support a globally distributed team, an innovative capital structure, and a business designed for substantial growth over the next five years.
- Design and establish a modern Controllership function leveraging current technology and streamlined processes.
- Provide strategic support to the finance function across all areas including tax, treasury, capital management, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Prepare for and lead audits, commencing in 2025.
