What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Finance position at Intelletec?
Rapidly growting health tech company is looking for a Head of Strategic Finance -individual will report directly to the Founder, this position will offer significant exposure to senior leadership and will be essential in supporting rapid growth.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across finance and other departments to manage cash, forecast financial outcomes, and execute strategies for optimizing capital structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company’s capital structure, including long-term capital planning and debt transactions.
- Oversee financial arrangements such as credit facility usage, letters of credit, debt covenants, and compliance certificates.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, lenders, and financial service providers.
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to manage financial models and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee global cash and liquidity management, including cash flow forecasting, borrowing needs, and investment funds.
- Partner with FP&A and accounting teams to create long-term financial forecasts and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Oversee external audits of treasury policies, develop internal controls, and report on financial risk.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Finance or Business; CFA preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant finance experience, ideally coming from a management consultancy or DTC start up
- Proven success in executing capital market transactions and strategies.
- Strong financial modeling skills with a results-driven and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to influence and negotiate on challenging projects.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
