We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing core backend services for a rapidly growing AI company. Your contributions will enable enterprises and AI teams to efficiently process and manage large volumes of data to power next-generation AI models.
This position is based in NYC, operating full-time onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative LLM methods to handle increasingly complex use cases and diverse data streams, broadening the scope of applications.
- Continuously assess production-deployed agents, identifying strengths and weaknesses, then run targeted experiments to enhance performance and address challenges.
- Create cutting-edge human-AI interaction models for data processing workflows. This involves pioneering entirely new UX paradigms that haven’t been established before—our job is to uncover and implement the most effective approaches.
- Take full ownership of your work—being an early team member means playing a key role in shaping both the product and engineering efforts, while maintaining a direct connection with users.
