How You Will Achieve More With Intellia:
The Associate Director of Advanced Commercial Analytics is responsible for deriving insights that influence strategies, inform executive decisions, and drive product adoption.
This role requires partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build plans, execute key deliverables, and report findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics & AI, leadership abilities, and a passion for innovation through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an advanced analytics strategy to support launch readiness.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on demand data and commercial trends.
- Build effective analytic tools and capabilities, including dashboard reporting to provide real time insights into product performance.
- Create and implement repeatable analytical models to uncover insights, validate business requirements and integrate data from stakeholders into predictive analyses.
- Develop advanced analytic techniques to understand patient journeys, therapy utilization to inform business decisions.
- Provide high-quality solutions to ad-hoc analytic requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
- In collaboration with IT and other functions, support the implementation of enterprise data governance, data architecture and data management standards by collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
- Manage budget, resources, and overall project leadership.
About You:
- Strong strategic agility with the ability to analyze complex business issues, adapt to evolving market and competitive dynamics, and establish appropriate objectives.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to distil and summarize information for presentation to Senior Leadership.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work positively with others.
- Exceptional skills in proactivity, planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, and plan execution.
- Organized and logical, with a high degree of flexibility to change direction when needed.
- BA/BS in a quantitative field required.
- 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years of experience in a related role.
- In-depth understanding and experience building advanced analytic techniques to assess strategic business issues/opportunities with demonstrated results that lead to successful product launches.
- Experience in data visualization and analytics solutions deployment in patient advanced analytics & AI scope
- Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical secondary data sources (e.g., prescription and sales data, patient claims data, promotional audits)
- Experience in cell/gene therapy desired.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple demands
