The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support services in the management of IT computing devices and applications used by Detroit Water & Sewerage Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and maintain IT computing devices (Tough Book) and applications used on the laptop (tough book) by DWSD.
- Image / Deploy Windows 10 workstations
- Inventory and audit of department computer & equipment
- Application installations and inventory
- Knowledge of ITSM Cherwell ticketing system
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field (4 years’ experience in lieu)
- Desk-side support experience required
- Desktop imaging and deployment experience
- Highly Motivated, Team Oriented and Process Driven
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment through both self-directed learning
- Start work at 7AM.
Salary : $51,400 - $65,000
