Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Key Responsibilities : Lead and execute end-to-end UI / UX design processes, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain a scalable design system.Stay updated with UI / UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance user experiences.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Required Skills & Qualifications : 10 years of experience in UI / UX design for web and mobile applications.Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus but not mandatory).Experience designing for responsive and adaptive interfaces.Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
