Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.
As a Business Analyst with expertise in Corporate Actions, Fintech, and Banking. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to collaborate with engineering teams and clients, ensuring the successful execution of financial technology projects.
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can but not limited to the following:
- Must have experience in Corporate Actions, Fintech, and Banking to analyze business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Gather, document, and analyze technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements in Corporate Actions and Fintech solutions.
- Design and implement technical solutions that enhance business workflows.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive project alignment.
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flows for software development teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure timely solution delivery.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making in financial operations.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in Fintech, Banking, or Trading domains.
- Strong engineering background with experience in software development, system integration, or technical design.
- Proven track record of working in engineering consulting firms or technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Fintech platforms, trading systems, or banking infrastructure is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
